Terms of Use

01What this site is

GameCN is an informational index. It lists third-party guide sites for Chinese games and publishes original background articles about the culture and release practices behind those games. It does not host the games, sell accounts, process payments or provide customer support for any title.

02No affiliation

GameCN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game developer, publisher or platform mentioned on the site. Game names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and commentary.

03Outbound links

Links to other domains are provided for convenience. Those sites are operated by third parties, and their content, availability, accuracy and terms are their own responsibility. A link is not an endorsement of everything published there.

04Accuracy and no warranty

Release dates, patch timings, translations and game systems change often, and Chinese-language sources can be provisional. The site aims for accuracy and labels uncertain claims, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Nothing here should be treated as a guarantee about a game's content, schedule or availability.

05Advertising

The site displays advertising, which may be personalised or contextual depending on your region and consent. Advertising is separated from editorial content and does not determine which games are covered. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.

06Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions as your own content, use the site in a way that disrupts it, or present its material as official information from a game's publisher.

07Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
